All students:  Today during 7th period, we are drawing from the POWER box for 20 students' names.  Each one drawn will receive a certificate for a FREE pizza from Dominos.  Be watching for a delivery coming to a desk near you! Ms. Hammond and Mr. Doughty.
 
ASB candidates need to meet with Mrs. Leach in the Library at the beginning of 7th period today.  Speeches are due today!  The election assembly will be on Tuesday – get ready to cast your votes!
 
The last day for book check-out from the Library is June 6th, and ALL books are due back by June 10th.  Mr. Doughty says to make sure you get those overdue books back soon!
 
Have you purchased a yearbook? Time is running out - there are only 27 yearbooks left. Buy one today from Mrs. Foy before school or during your lunch for only $27 and you'll secure your spot at the hottest signing party ever! Act fast – they won’t last long!
 
Get your Library POWER going Morgan students! The Library will be drawing tickets from the LIBRARY POWER box for all kinds of cool prizes that need to go before the construction project gets crazy.  Wouldn’t you love to win a rocker chair?  Show POWER and you may be rockin’ the summer away.

2016-2017 Late Starts

The Ellensburg School Board has joined most other districts in the State and is moving to a late start model during the 2016-2017 school year.  Effective in September, school will start one-hour late every Monday to allow teachers to collaborate and work to improve student learning while meeting the Common Core State Standards.  Here are some links to provide background information:
